Cleanliness is next to godliness, said Mahatma Gandhi once. If this pandemic has taught the world anything, it is to adapt to the new norms, where the focus on sanitisation and cleanliness is a top priority. Wearing masks, social distancing and quarantine have all become everyday terms.

Jai Hotels, Darjeeling have adapted to the new normal with extra caution and by following all the required COVID-19 guidelines, as per WHO and government issued guidelines. Keeping our guests and staff safe is our top priority. The spacious and modern design of the hotel allows us to maintain social distancing while giving the guests a lot of space within the hotel premises and the rooms itself to unwind.

Here is how we at Jai Hotels are creating a safe environment for our guests to enjoy a relaxing stay:-

  • We advise guests to wear face masks and undergo mandatory thermal checks at the hotel
  • Hand sanitisers have been placed at accessible areas on all floors
  • A thorough sanitisation is followed every 24 hours for the room
  • Instead of housekeeping, a freshly sanitised room is allotted to guests staying for more than 1 night
  • Innovative contactless hospitality: Abiding by the rules of social distancing, we allow for contactless service by our hotel staff for your needs
  • All common areas in the hotel are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised
